first, you must make an ID in the Immigration New Zealand home page.
먼저 뉴질랜드 이민성 ID를 만듭니다.
and then after applying to New Zealand working holiday visa, you can see this page.

뉴질랜드 비자 신청을 완료하시면 이와 같은 페이지를 확인 할 수 있습니다. 가격은 165.00뉴질랜드 달러 입니다.
before the medical check-up, you should check the hospital
that is approved for New Zealand working holiday visa medical check-up in the Philippines.
신체검사 이전에 먼저 신체검사 가능 병원을 찾아야 합니다. 이곳은 필리핀에서 뉴질랜드 워킹홀리데이 신체검사 가능한 병원들 입니다.
actually in the Philippines case, hospital doesn't have a reservation so you just go to hospital even though you don't have reservation.
for medical check-up, you must bring your passport, two photocopies of your passport , four passport size ID pictures and the amount of PHP1300 or PHP8000
-If you will stay for less than one year in New Zealand, you will pay PHP1300
-If you will stay for more than one year in New Zealand, you will pay PHP8000
필리핀에서의 뉴질랜드 워킹홀리데이 신체검사는 예약이 따로 필요 없습니다. 그리고 신체검사를 받기 위해선 여권, 여권 카피 2장, 여권크기 증명사진 4장 그리고 돈이 필요합니다.
만약 1년 미만의 뉴질랜드 채류를 원하신다면 1300페소
만약 1년 이상의 뉴질랜드 채류를 원하신다면 8000페소를 준비해 가시면 됩니다.
in my case based on my experience , i went to Nationwide Health Systems Baguio Inc.
address: Room 1, EDY Building, 144 Kisad Road (near BGH rotonad), Baguio City.
i couldn't take a hospital picture, so i will update hospital picture later.

In the hospital, you wait for your name to be called and then you will give your passport, two photocopies of your passport , four passport size ID pictures to a nurse and fill out the forms.
very few people apply for NZ working holiday in Baguio City, Philippines so I didn't wait for a long time.
If you are done with this process you will receive this number card and paper
처음 병원에 가시게 되신다면 줄을 기다려야 합니다. 하지만 뉴질랜드 비자 신청 하는 인원이 워낙 적기 때문에 바로 들어가실수 있으십니다. 들어가기 전에 여권, 여권 카피 2장, 여권크기 증명사진 4장 제출 하시고 들어가면 이렇게 번호표와 종이를 받게 됩니다.
And a nurse will call you to take a picture. you go to the first floor left side room from the information.

i think this picture is used for your visa card. If you are done taking your picture. you wait for the examination.
그리고 간호사가 부르면 1층 계산대 바로 옆방으로 가시면 됩니다. 첫번째는 그냥 얼굴 사지만 찍습니다. 이유는 제 생각으론 그냥 비자에 사용할 사진이 필요한 것 같습니다. 그리고 다시 나오셔서 기다리시면 됩니다.
during the waiting time. the nurse imprints a seal on your arm. it is not a club seal :)
쉬는 시간에 간호사가 도작을 팔에 찍어 줍니다.
and then you will go to the second floor and enter the office room for payment even though you haven't yet done with your medical check-up.
그리고 아직 검사가 끝나지 않았지만 바로 병원비를 지불 하셔야 합니다. 2층으로 올라가셔서 오피스로 들어가시면 됩니다.
If you will pay the bill. you get this receipt from the first floor.
만약 결제를 하신다면 1층에서 사진과 같은 영수증을 받게 됩니다.
again, wait...
After waiting, you will go to the X-RAY room.
your lungs are checked by the X-RAY machine.
대기시간 끝나면 엑스레이 찍으러 가셔서 엑스레이 찍으시면 됩니다.
And then go to second floor for the interview.
the interview place is on the right end of the corridor.
그리고 인터뷰 보러 가시면 됩니다. 장소는 2층 복도끝 오른쪽 입니다.
